Jewish Weddings at The Institute of Directors
Jewish weddings in London can often be a bit of challenge due to the logistics of getting around the capital, it can be a nightmare if you decide to drive between venues. For this Jewish wedding at the Institute of directors on Pall Mall it was all in one location for me. I was on camera two for good friend and fellow documentary wedding photographer Mark Carey. This was my first full on full Jewish wedding and my main focus for the day was to get the images that would compliment Mark’s Shots. The advantage of having two photographers at a Jewish wedding is that they tend to be a little more fast paced than your average Christian wedding in a church. Not being Jewish myself, there was a fair amount of research that needed to be done for me to be able to anticipate the proceedings and be in the right place at the right time to capture the moments of action, excitement and emotion. Here are a few of my faovourites from the day.
